The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) are two key pathways managed through Canada’s Express Entry system for skilled workers seeking permanent residence. For individuals with Canadian skilled work experience, we assess your employment history, NOC/TEER classification, language results and other eligibility requirements. CEC generally requires at least one year of qualifying skilled Canadian work experience within the previous three years.
